After the changes in the mill diagram at Vogtmühlen Illertissen 5 weeks ago, this week we had the opportunity to further optimize the product quality. In addition to the production of flour with a low ash content, the new mill setting of Vogtmühlen now enables the market launch of their new Swabian pasta flour with a low ash content.
