Can you still afford to waste energy and yield at your production plants ?
In 2021, Reismuehle Brunnen in Switzerland hired us to audit their production lines and look for possibilities to reduce the overall power consumption and increase the total yield in their rice mill.
At the beginning of 2023 the rice mill was modified according to our new concept.
This week we received the long term performance test results after operating the plant 4 months with our new concept:
- the overall amount of broken rice kernels was reduced significant = less food wast
- the hourly production capacity was increased
- the total power consumption/ CO2 emissions were reduced significant
