In 2006 I won the Milling master competition from the German-speaking countries in Europe, as a newly graduated and young miller in Vogtmühle in Bavaria in Germany.
Now in 2020 I was back at Vogtmühle as milling consultant of #wingmengroup to optimize there milling process according to latest market requirements.

All requirements of the Vogt family were met or exceeded.

Details:
-0.6% increase of the water absorption
-extraction of clean coarse and fine semolina
-Improvement of the middling s and wheat germ quality
-low ash flour extraction with 0.38% ash content
All goals could be achieved without the exchange or the installation of additional machines.
After 1,5 days of modification work the plant was again full in production.
